1. This competition is run by Emoji Marketing (“the Promoter”) on behalf of Meat World Comaro Crossing.
2. The following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition:
a. Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of either Meat World Comaro Crossing or the Promoter.
b. People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
c. Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in a. above.
d. Persons under the age of 18.
3. To enter the competition, participants must:
Correctly identify and name the product displayed as a blurred image.
Participants must like and share the corresponding post in order to qualify their entry.
Participants must follow Meat World Comaro Crossing on both Instagram and Facebook (Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/MeatWorldComaro Instagram - https://instagram.com/meatworld.comaro?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== )
Winners will be selected via a random draw, using “Random Comment Picker for Facebook - Comment Picker”.

Random draw will be screen recorded and all potential winners will be checked to ensure that they meet all the aforementioned entry requirements stipulated above.
Once a verified winner has been chosen the video will be posted onto the Meat World Comaro Crossing Facebook and Instagram pages.
The winner will be contacted by the Meat World Comaro Crossing team via Facebook messenger.
4. The prizes for the competition are:
a. A R500.00 Weekly Voucher - in store collection only.
b. Winners must bring with them a valid form of identification in order to verify the winner.
c. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified competition winner.
5. At the time the potential winners are identified, they will be contacted by Meat World Comaro Crossing via Facebook messenger. If the potential winners do not send required details, or do not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another entrant.
6. By entering this competition you authorise Meat World Comaro Crossing and/or the Promoter, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication by emailing info@meatworldcomaro.co.za . Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and Meat World Comaro Crossing privacy policy.
7. The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Winners or participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request. Winners or participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of Meat World Comaro Crossing and/or the Promoter.
8. Entry into this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of Meat World Comaro Crossing and/or the Promoter and/or their agents in the course of this competition.
9. Meat World Comaro Crossing, the Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for any problems associated with the fulfilment of these prizes, or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. Meat World Comaro Crossing, the Promoter and their agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
10. Meat World Comaro Crossing, the Promoter and their agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition and rules at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
11. Meat World Comaro Crossing, the Promoter and their agents will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prize awards.
12. Competition results are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Participants may only win ONCE PER COMPETITION CYCLE and can only enter again should the competition relaunch at a later date.
14.a. Prize winnings will ONLY be distributed by in store collection by the winner, no third party may collect the prize on behalf of the winner.

15. No change in winner details will be accepted once entry has been received. If there is an issue with details received from the participant and if the participant wins and Meat World Comaro Crossing cannot issue the prize due to incorrect details the entry will be disqualified immediately and a new entry will be drawn.
16. Meat World Comaro Crossing reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is in breach of these terms and conditions. Failure by the Meat World Comaro Crossing to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
